I have 8 years of experience in therapeutic work and 3 years of experience in conducting psychotherapy. I work with children, adolescents and adults, supporting them in dealing with emotional difficulties, anxiety disorders and adaptation problems. I also help people with ADHD develop organizational skills and implement more helpful and adaptive ways of thinking. I also support people on the autism spectrum in overcoming daily challenges and developing social and communication skills.<\/p>\n<p>In my work I am guided by professional ethics and base my actions on scientific evidence (EBP - Evidence-Based Practice). I pay special attention to building a therapeutic relationship based on trust and cooperation, which allows me to successfully achieve my goals and improve the quality of life of my clients.<\/p>\n<p>Privately, I'm interested in ancient history, and in my free time I like to enjoy series.
