Julia Bieniasz-Brągiel - psychologist, psychotherapist in training

I am a psychologist, oligophrenopedagogue and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist in training. I have 8 years of experience in therapeutic work and 3 years of experience in conducting psychotherapy. I work with children, adolescents and adults, supporting them in dealing with emotional difficulties, anxiety disorders and adaptation problems. I also help people with ADHD develop organizational skills and implement more helpful and adaptive ways of thinking. I also support people on the autism spectrum in overcoming daily challenges and developing social and communication skills.

In my work I am guided by professional ethics and base my actions on scientific evidence (EBP – Evidence-Based Practice). I pay special attention to building a therapeutic relationship based on trust and cooperation, which allows me to successfully achieve my goals and improve the quality of life of my clients.

Privately, I’m interested in ancient history, and in my free time I like to enjoy series. I’m also a Real Madrid supporter, which makes soccer one of my favorite pastimes.
