REGULATIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF THERAPEUTIC, PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC, COUNSELING AND DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES

1. Introduction:
These Regulations set out the terms and conditions for the provision of therapeutic, psychotherapeutic, consultative and diagnostic services by Pineapple Therapy Julia Bieniasz-Brągiel and Krystian Brągiel spółka cywilna (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
2. Scope of services:
a. The Company provides the following services:
1. diagnostic,
2. consultation,
3. psychotherapeutic based on the cognitive-behavioral trend,
4. therapeutic based on Applied Behavioral Analysis.
b. All services are provided in accordance with the BCBA Rules of Professional Conduct, the code of ethics of the PTTPB and the laws of Poland.
3Contract:
In order to use the Company’s services, the client must:
1. make a reservation for the service, its location, date and the person providing the service through the electronic reservation system at www.pineappletherapy.eu OR
2. sign a contract that specifies the scope of services, price, duration and other terms of cooperation OR
3. directly establish the terms of service with the therapist, psychotherapist or diagnostician
4. Client’s rights and obligations:
a. The client has the right to be informed about the method of therapy and psychotherapy, the therapeutic and psychotherapeutic plan, as well as all potential risks and benefits associated with the actions taken.
b. The client is obliged to provide all necessary information regarding the person receiving therapy.
c. The client is obliged to make timely payments for the services provided.
5. Rights and obligations of the Company:
a. The company is required to provide services in accordance with current professional standards and ethics.
b. The company ensures the confidentiality of all information obtained in the course of providing services.
c. The company has the right to refuse to provide the service if the customer fails to cooperate or pay.
6. Payment:
a. The amount of payment for services is specified in the contract or service reservation system available at www.pineappletherapy.eu.
b. Payments must be made within the time limits specified in the contract or service reservation system.
7. Confidentiality:
a. All information pertaining to the customer and the person using the services shall be treated as confidential and shall not be shared with third parties without the written consent of the customer.
b. The Company may, without consultation with the client, release the information in its possession in situations defined by Polish law, i.e.:
1. life or health emergency,
2. court summons.
8. Cancellation of services:
a. The Client has the right to cancel the Company’s services under the terms of the contract.
b. For services booked through the electronic booking system at www.pineappletherapy.eu, the customer may cancel the service no earlier than 8 hours before the scheduled time of service by sending an email to: kontakt@pineappletherapy.eu
c. In case of no-show for the booked service or cancellation at a time other than in point b, the client is obliged to cover the cost of the missed service when paying for the next service
9. Final provisions:
a. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable laws shall apply.
b. Any disputes arising from the performance of services will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s headquarters.
